Hello
I am a geeky Product Design student at Stanford University. The dictionary defines a geek as “a peculiar person, especially one who is perceived to be overly intellectual, unfashionable, or socially awkward.” However to me being a geek is being someone who discovers sparks of joy in the nerdy details and is excited about learning. I find this sense of delight in everything from designing the knight costumes for a production of Monty Python’s Spamalot to figuring out the perfect dimensions for a custom made bike rack. Although I am not completely sure where I will go next, I hope that somehow this quirky talent will lead me to create something good.
