During fall ‘18 I took a class on human centered design. The first several week long design project of the class focused on improving the vendor experience at the farmers market. In small teams, we went out in the field to conduct interviews and test prototypes while learning new design skills and tools to improve our approaches to finding needs and possible solutions.
